We request a 12 month lease, one month security deposit, and pet deposit if applicable.

The first step in reserving your new home at the Woods is to download and complete our application form, mail, along with a $30.00 check for a credit bureau report, to Lang Group LLC, 2450 S. Commerce Drive, New Berlin, WI 53151. If you wish to expedite the process, the application can be faxed to 262-786-5074. Please mail the original copy and the check.
